We offer the highest quality ceremonial matcha from Japan. Each drink is prepared traditionally — hand-whisked right in front of you. Choose from our selection of usucha, matcha latte or hojicha.
Authentic Japanese matcha in Košice
At Sorami, we use quality matcha from spring harvest, ground on stone mills. The term "ceremonial matcha" is often used in the West as more of a marketing tactic than a real mark of the highest quality. Our matcha comes from renowned regions for matcha cultivation and processing - Nishio, Uji, and Shizuoka.
We prepare each drink with respect to the traditional Japanese tea ritual, and you can observe the preparation throughout. If you order matcha the traditional way with just water, we whisk it with a bamboo whisk.
We offer plant-based milks at no extra charge (oat, soy, and coconut), sweetness according to your preference (0-100%) and hot or cold preparation options.
